Venue: |
The Darlington Arts Centre. Vane Terrace, Darlington. DL3 7AU. In a delightful setting overlooking Stanhope Park, the centre has been totally refurbished with open-plan café-bar, restaurant, art galleries and social spaces. Close to Darlington town centre, it is a superb venue for a relaxed weekend for aspiring and more experienced musicians, singers & dancers alike. The Arts Centre main entrance is ramped and there is level access to the Theatre, East Hall, Lounge and other ground floor rooms. There is now a lift up to the Garden Bar. There are adapted toilets suitable for wheelchair users, and people with mobility difficulties, on the ground floor in the Lounge. Although the weekend is based at the Arts Centre, the workshops will take place in the adjoining Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College. |
